Russo and long time manager David Goldman had a great first meeting with Pop International Galleries owners Jeff Jaffe and Nanette Ross in October of 2016. It was a lengthy very positive first encounter, as Russo showed a huge amount of images over a couple of hours, setting the stage for Pop International to exclusively represent his WAGL collection in New York City, debuting pre-holiday 2017. Narrowing down the extensive WAGL collection filled with hundreds of images and custom creating 8′ window trim borders for the gallery opening 13 months away was an exciting challenge for Team WAGL. The night of the opening attracted over 200 people whom  packed the gallery. Jeff, Nanette and their wonderful staff set the perfect stage for success as pieces sold.
